What kind of moisturizer are you using? And maybe you're not exfoliating often enough?

Well my skin is normally oily all over its just my chin and cheek area that's getting a bit flaky. I use 2 moisturizers.

You should probably switch to a tinted moisturizer instead of using foundation. Unless you find one that's moisturizing too.
