BM matte or Tarte amazonian clay airbrush powder foundation?

I've been using liquid foundations all my life. I've always wanted to try a mineral or powder and I'm finally convinced I should after seeing a helpful user here who is totes gorgeous wearing only powder foundations. I'd like something that won't settle into pores and fine lines. I want to use the Tarte airbuki brush for application because it feels amazingly soft and dense! There's so many people that rave about it.

I have a sephora gift card. I'd like to go with either bareminerals matte foundation or the tarte amazonian clay airbrush powder foundation. Can anyone recommend one or the other? Any experiences?
