Put it in the microwave for 10 seconds, take the lid off because its plastic and might melt. Wayne Goss has a YouTube video on it.

Store them upside down. the moisture in them will gain back to the surface if they stay stored upside down.

I put a drop of eye drops (any will do, visine, etc) I use the ones for my contacts and stir it with a toothpick, it's no longer dry

Natalie R said it best. Its a method I've tried myself and experienced zero issues. Adding baby oil will screw up the existing formula and will render it useless...especially if it doesn't contain an oil within the ingredients list.
