Really depends on what you need or don't have. I say get you're a really good foundation powder MAC or Nars to set your liquid foundation or if you use powder foundation use it for special occasions 😊

I'm with Hibz. Start with the basics (foundation, concealer, eyeliner) and then you can expand into the crazy world of blushes, shadows, highlighters, etc.when you're good and ready. There's so much makeup fun out there ready to be discovered!

Hmm... You look super young to me...so I would suggest a tinted moisturizer (Bobbi brown's is my fave)...some blush (NYX is awesome) maybe a liquid eye liner (Stila stay all day, the pen version), mascara (cover girl lash blast is awesome) and some tinted lip balm or lip gloss (Bobbi brown lip gloss is great!)
