With an angle brush use a bit of eyeshadow and apply it and the light spots, I think.

Only apply product on the outer half of the eye brow. Your eyebrow is full enough where you don't need to fill in the whole brow unless you want that harsh drawn on look. Just fill in the tail of the brow and blend the color forward.

What I usually do is grab my Maybelline define-a-brow pencil and kind of draw an outline of my eyebrows and then fill them in my using light, feathery strokes. I achieve the "just waxed" look with concealer on the outer arch of my eyebrows. Using a toothbrush, I brush the inner parts of my eyebrows to make them look more natural. HTH :)

If you have light eyebrows, go two shades darker. If you have dark eyebrows go two shades lighter. Also you cans use you eyeshadow for filling in!
