what questions would you like to know about applying to any counter/brand

I'm actually very confused about MAC, I had a hair stylist/dresser tell me her friend was hiring at MAC. And she told me you didn't need to be a certified MUA. ( My state does require MUA to have a license. ) I went , asked the manager again just incase, she said that she has employees who arent certified MUA and havent worked in the make up industry before or have any experience.
Yet everyone else tells me MAC wants real MUA and people with lots of experience? Is that rule specific to each counter then?

What kind of experience do they look for?
what kind of questions do they ask?
do they make you do a face chart?
when and how do you start getting the free products:-)?
is pay by the hr or is it commission?
how is the training?(do they give a lot of background info and product knowledge)
do they hire full-time or part time?
do you only have to wear MAC makeup?
