Clarins Ever Matte Oil Free or Revlon Colorstay. Mineral makeup tends to work well on oily skin. Also, using a face primer would be a great addition.

Revlon colorstay but the liquid NOT the whipped cream version that one is one of the worst I've tried, from high end I would try the tarte amazonian clay foundation, either the powder or liquid versions they are both amazing. the clay in the formula actually helps control oil as well as helps it to last longer.
