I have a birthday dinner to go to tomorrow, it's not formal or anything fancy but I want to look nice! I've been trying to start dressing better so I don't want to show up in a hoodie but I don't own a dress or skirt. Any ideas? My style is sort of edgy and it's cold where I live.
