Hiii ok so first does anyone know any eyeliner that I can use to line my waterline and lashline without it smudging throughout the day? And a foundation that feels light and not Cakey? (: thanks!

I heard that putting some powder, primer, or shadow under your eyes helps prevent smudging.

For the mascara try the loreal telesocopic for top and maybe line big eyes for bottom the 2 never smudge for me and my fav drug store foundation is Revlon colour stay or cover girl 3 in 1 for a high end I love love estee lauder double wear foundation its so light weight and gives great coverage without being cakey hope I could help :D.

& Foundation try the Estee Lauder Double wear foundation the coverage is just flawlessly amazing
