I'm an avid nail polish collector and wearer, but lately one of my nails always chips and by chip I mean that the nail polish chips and peels a layer of nail off with it. I really want to grow my nails out, but this problem is preventing me. Does anyone have a solution? It doesn't seem to make a difference if I use a base coat or not, nor which color I use.
