I went to the beach today and got sooooooo sunburnt. I want to know if I can use make-up to cover it or not, coz tomorrow night I have work. Also what can I do to reduce the redness, and pain?

Don't wear make up if you can it may be worst if it's a bad burn. Use aloe vera to soothe and heal and oatmeal mask may help.

Cooling alo Vera gel is the best on Sun burnt skin, but any moisturizer! And keep applying as often as possible!
I don't think make up will cover it, and I bet I will hurt too put on :(
I'm seriously pale and get Sun burnt very very easy, so I feel your pain :(

Omg. You probably won't believe this, but I am jealous on you. Where I live it is so cold so sunburn sounds like magic to me. I think you can use makeup but maybe it is better to skip it.

You could use it but it will increase the redness and it will hurt to put on, wouldn't advise it but I can see why you would want to! Being a red head 6/10 I burn too hahaa use a lot of after sun and when you're not using it put it in the fridge to cool so then when you so apply it soothes the skin, and maybe don't go outside again today as it will irritate it more x

Snap, I'm sunburnt too! Best way to soothe it is a cool wet flanel (face/hand towel) and apply lots of aloe vera and moisturizer!
For the coverage don't put anything heavy on, it'll hurt/burn when you take it off. Try using a light foundation or tinted moisturizer/BB cream! xx

Aloe aloe aloe. Nothing works better to help heal your skin quicker. Apply aloe gel/cream on skin. Drink lots of aloe juice or water to help rehydrate. Daily Vitamin C intake helps heal the skin quicker too by helping collagen production.

Lavender is amazing at calming and healing burnt skin. Wether it's burned from like your straightner or from the sun. It helps HEAL, not only calm the skin. Try finding lavender oil, or essenial oil from lavender. Anything with lavender! And aloe ofc

First thing drink a lot of water because your skin will dry up later ,take a cool/cold bath it is not that bad since your skin will be hot, alone vera gel every three hours, and don't put on any makeup that covers your whole face your skin needs to breathe. good luck :)

When I get badly sunburnt I fill an ice cube tray with aloe vera and they turn into frozen miracle cubes lol. Lavender is great too like Michelle said :) I would stay away from makeup for awhile. Just keep your skin good and moisturized to prevent a bunch of peeling!
