Liquid. I use revlon Colorstay for oily/combo skin. My skin is extremely oily. Gets oily within 5 mins of washing. You definitely want to prime with milk of magnesia and set it with a good powder

Huh? And I just shake up the bottle well, take whatever is on the cap when I open it and rub a thin layer it on my face(don't rub it in) and let it totally dry. It will be thin and white Then I apply whatever over

Revlon colorstay made my skin react really badly. I recommend a good primer like rimmel fix and perfect pro and then L'Oreal true match foundation.

The picture of that first girl! she is gorgeous!! but any full coverage foundation should work. Look into one of the bare mineral foundations its kinda pricey but they have good variety for darker skin colors and its good for oil control.
