How To Get Straight Hair Without Heat??

I have frizzy poofy and very curly hair and I've tryed using a fan and combing the curls out( wet hair) didn't work and tryed ponytails all the way down but the curls just come right back. Any ideas?? FYI I looked all over YouTube.
