How to keep curls all day?

I have wavy long hair with long layers and whenever I curl it, the curls only stay for about three hours even when I use a ton of hairspray. Any tips on getting it to stay?

Don't use a ton of hairspray that's probably what's weighing them Down.

Use a wand you don't need hairspray at all for it. When I used to curl my hair with a curling iron they would fall out within an hour but wand curls will stay in for up to 3 days on me.

Or try over night curls.

Weather you use a wand or a curling iron, don't use hair spray, at all.

Try using a heat protectant, or a hair primer.

I agree with Stephanie all the way! Too much hairspray weighs curls down, and overnight no-heat curls work soooo well :)
