You can always use eyeliner on top and bottom lids to make your eyes more noticeable or smokey dark colors make your eye color lighter. A different suggestion.

Do white or silver eyeliner on your water line or the inner corners.

Also, curl your lashes, and pile on the mascara in the center. Flared lashes (like Fay's) tend to make eyes look more catlike or almondy, but if you concentrate your mascara in the center of your upper lashes, that helps make your eyes look wider and more round.
