For the cat eyeliner you always want to do it thin on the inner eye lid then when you get to the middle start making it bold then use tape foe the wing part since your a begginer and just practice (:

Make sure you do this with a liquid eye liner.

If you are a beginner I wouldnt go straight to full on cat eye, I'd probably just do a thin line on your upper lash line instead of cat eye.
Cat eye can be tricky but you can look up on youtube little tips and tricks!

I love doing my eye makeup. With eyeshadow put down a light brown coat all over your eyelids, then blend in a dark brown around the edges of your eyelid.
To help prevent smudging your eyeliner, do it in little dashes or dots and then connect them, instead of drawing just one line. This helps to avoid a wavy unbalanced line.😋 Hope this helped!!
