Honestly I'd say clean it up a bit. You look like you have a solid foundation for hair and makeup, but I'm suggesting that you try to be more precise :) I'd also suggest that you fill in your brows.

Personally I would suggest trying a different hair color (brownish redish tint) Getting eyebrows waxed and filled it, and your skin is flawless no need for so much make up just a thin winged liner and a light lipstick (: and maybe touch ups on the hair

You are not ugly and there are many other eye looks you can do without having it heavy but it is up to you,everyone likes to do their makeup differently.There are many colours that can make your eyes pop for example blues and purples make hazel and brown eyes pop.If you feel comfterable with your makeup now keep rocking it,don't be afraid to experiment with different pieces of makeup :)

LOVE your name btw!! My hubbys name is Jess & my best girlfriends name is Jesse but I've always called her Jess<3 & girl, you rock that heavy black eye makeup! Looks kick as* to me!! please please don't EVER feel ugly!! I used to feel the same way until I realised that were ALL beautiful! We are all different looking (except twins! Lol..) & THAT's what makes us who we are! Its what makes life interesting! Its what makes us all unique<3 How boring life would be if we all looked alike?!?! I'm honestly VERY thankful we don't! Oh & ALWAYS be yourself!! If you wanna wear black eyeshadow clear up to your eyebrow & YOU like it, then wear it with pride! Not everyones makeup preference or style is going to be the "standard" & again.. Thank goodness ;-)

Do what makes you feel beautiful:) but I would suggest going more natural with your makeup.. Just mascara and a little eyeliner on the top not in the water line or under though so your eyes look bigger..and I don't know if it's the lighting but try bronzing alittle... Hope this helped good luck:)
