If you don't need much coverage I think a bb cream which is meant for sensetive skin would be really good for you,I recommend garnier.But my holy grail foundation which has never broke or me out and it has a light-medium buidable coverage is maybelline fit me.

If you want a high end makeup brand, anything from Clinique is meant for sensitive skin. It's very gentle. If you're looking for a drugstore brand, go for Almay, it is very good for sensitive skin and is less expensive than Clinique
