What is the best eyeliner? I love the very black look but it seems like I have to keep applying it for it to be as black as I want it! Also what's the best way to master the wing/cat like look with eyeliner? And how do I make the water line eyeliner last longer?

-Maybelline eye studio gel liner or loreal infallible gel liner (with a different brush, an angled liner brush)
-felt top liner maybelline precise pen or stila all day
-for the waterline you can add black eyeshadow on top for staying power.

Yes I agree with lynzie, after applying the black liner on your waterline take a thin brush and go over it with a matte black eyeshadow, I use the one in the naked 2 palette, it is amazing

I use Kat Von D tattoo liner. It's easy to maneuver and I use revlon colorstay on my waterline.
