Use a primer; pat it in rather than rubbig it into the skin. To minimize the look of it, dab on a foundation with a damp sponge. Skip contouring and blush, as both those techniques could draw attention to I. Dust LIGHTLY with powder.
Clean and Clear has a product called Persa-gel. 2 nights of using it and your blemish will be reduced.

The mac studio finish concealer is absolutely incredible for covering blemishes/acne.
