Try and use a moisturizing face wash and a good moisturizer! I have oily skin and it's insanely scary thinking about putting more moisture into your skin since it's so oily already, but I can tell you it has helped me a lot! You can always try a primer, mattifying powder bag you can try a setting spray!! That works for me! Sometimes I still look a little oily though out the day and I just grab a paper towel or toilet paper from the bathroom and just lay on the oily spot and press firmly! It soaks up the oil with out smudging the makeup! You can also get those blotting tissues if you feel they work better! Some come covered in fine translucent powder which helps mattify! Hope this helps <33.

The best way to fight oil is with oil so basically moisturize your face a lot because your body naturally makes the oils right? So if you provide the oils yourself your body will eventually stop producing so much oil since it already has it from you moisturizing if that makes any sense(:
