I want my hair to grow, so I'm trying to use less heat on it. and I've been wearing it in a bun. but I heard from someone that wearing it like that messes up the growth, how can I wear my hair so that it is healthy?

Just braid it real tight and ill help with the growth.

Shower at night and air dry your hair. When it is damp section it into 5-6 sections and braid them. Wake up with beautiful waves!!

No, that's only true if you wear it in a super tight bun in the same spot all the time. If you alternate where you're putting the pressure on your hair, it's not as bad.

you can do fishtails, dutch, french, mermaid, and greek looking ones!
