Top Lid Eyeliner Help.

Okay so I can never do my eyeliner on my top lash the way I like it. I see a bunch of girls that have perfect eyeliner but whenever I do it, it doesn't look right. I don't want a dramatic winged eyeliner look because I'm fourteen. Whenever I do it, the eyeliner doesn't go all the way down to my lash line either. And also, I don't have liquid or gel eyeliner. I know I'm very picky about it, but I'd appreciate it if you would help. (:

Winged eyeliner is much easier with liquid or gel. My fav is loreals hyper glossy liquid liner.

If you didn't want gel or liquid liner, the new kajal liner from maybelline I think is quite good! or maybe get the "the curve" from NYX too help you!

I'm 14, and with my eyeliner I use a pencil. And what I do is close my eye lift my eyebrow and take your other hand and stretch it to one side, it's much easier. But don't stretch too much. :) hope this helped.

You can also try lining the upper waterline. A Lot of times while applying it there some liner gets "into" the lashline.
