I'm looking to change up my hair care routine. I have very fine, very straight hair that I blow dry and curl 3-4 days a week for work. I want to get something on the more natural side (like from Lush or Aveda). Anyone have products to recommend?

Alterna is an amazing line that is free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates and synthetic color. If it's fine and straight, you could try their bamboo line. The shampoo smells delicious and they have this product called "plumping strand expand" that helps thicken up finer hair. I have a bit of an obsession with them :]

Aveda makes a really awesome line called pure abundance. the shampoo and conditioner are just OK, but the styling products are awesome. especially the hair potion. its a powder you sprinkle on the roots and rub it in. gives it instant lift. Also check out pureology. they have some great products...the silk bodifier is great and so is the root boost. plus pureology is sls free and vegan.
