Oily scalp and dry ends!

My hair gets oily by the end of the day, but my ends are dried out thanks to constant blow drying. I used to just wash my scalp and condition the ends and that helped a bit, but that's hard to do with shorter hair. I've been thinking about using a cleansing conditioner, but I'm not sure. What should I do?

Facing the same problem, need a solution too.. Nothing really works for me yet
