Try not wearing
Foundation, might be irritating try bob cream or just concealer with a light powder. Advanced radiance powder by cover girl is amazing and will cover up your redness

Try a concealer and set it with powder. That way you can cover up problem areas and help even out the rest of your face with a natural looking powder that will also set the concealer and help it last all day.
