I've colored my hair so much the last few yeads. from light brown, to blonde, to brown, to red, to blonde, to dark brown. its so damaged even tho i haven't dyed it knowww months. i rarely use straighteners or curlers either. and treatment that can help?
Also, i wash my hair every other morning and my 2nd day hair will look fine in the morning but then in the afternoon it will look weighted down and almost oily. anything i can do without washing my hair everyday, because i dont want it to fade the color so fast?

Dry shampoo. John Frieda makes a good one. Also if your hair is damaged you might try putting on a hair mask every other time you wash your hair. Are you washing with a good shampoo and using a good conditioner?
