You can always go a pharmacy/drug store and look for a bottle of water or whatever you call it with nail polish remover and also get some cotton balls.

Something I do when I run out of polish remover is I put a thick layer of new Polish on and wipe it off. It removes it pretty well.

Equate Nail Polish Remover is wonderful. Now, I know that the alcohol can really stink! They have nail polish remover wipe pads. They have them in different scents such as blueberry, lemon, aloe, strawberry, and much which eliminates the smell of the alcohol. You can find them at Walmart (in the travel section) and Five Below (by the makeup and nails area)!
