Help with winged liner?

I personally like using a liquid liner in a pen form to do my winged eyeliner and I do not like gel or pencil eyeliners. I know other people that do like the eyeliners that I dislike and dislike the liners that I like, so I think you just have to experiment and see what you like best for yourself, liners, shape, wing etc. remember that practice makes perfect:)
