Sorry I've never used any Chanel products but I can say that I've heard on other sites & YouTube videos girls say that its hit & miss. That some Chanel shadows are very pigmented but others fall short on quality in general. Such as color payoff & lasting. Be patient with responses from the other girls. Nobody has been on here really in the last hour. Just keep checking! Sorry your having problems with such a pricey item! Goes to show you that just because something has a good "name" or considered high end does not at all mean good quality!!

I haven't used Chanel but I have also read reviews saying the same as Lisa M. But really just wanted to comment to say your English is great! :-)

I've never tried Chanel, but I have the same problem with YSL. It's super annoying to spend that much on eyeshadow when my cheaper products are more nicely pigmented.

@Marta I understand what you mean. I have worked a lot with Chanel. Chanel doesn't have heavy pigmentation. They work a lot with pearl pigments. You can try using a base to let the colors pop more. For example, eye pensil or schmink. Ciao ;)

I also have a couple of chanel eyeshadows, they are okay pigmented I think.
But I heard some girls that were disappointed about the colors, especially black and darker colors!

I have a few of these Chanel quads and find the pigmentation to be great. I don't have this blue one so maybe it depends on which ones you have. I only use mine dry.

Wait a sec..is this actually the 93-Smoky Eyes? I have that one and feel the pigments are great. Thanks for reminding me that I have these as I totally forgot about them.

@maaike I have tried a lot of chanel products. blush and eye pencils are great, very very pigmented. I have 5 eyeshadows quad and compared to other luxury brands, they really don't work.

@Marta I agree, a lot of products are beautyfull. I'm just no fan of the shadow. With cli?ntes who are a bid older I never use chanel because of the pearl pigments.
