This includes maybe doing makeup or something. I google it but it's all the same stuff. I want to hear from real people what works for them! Were all so unique I don't think everyone benefits from deep breathing haha. I've been super stressed I just want to break down and cry but I'm trying to stay positive and would love to hear some tips from all you beautiful people!!

I literally run myself into the ground... I pretty much run until I feel legitimately about to collapse, then head back home. It's a good way to convert some negative energy into a workout :)

Okay, this is super weird, but youtube ASMR stress relief. It's literally people speaking to a camera in really soothing voices, giving you tips for how to be less stressed. My personal favorites are by MissMeridian and WhispersUnicorn. They both have really great tips for destressing. Other than that, I destress by calling one of my sisters, or my boyfriend, they help me vent and then take my mind off things. Or I write. Journal, poetry, whatever.

I take a long bath. I usually add essential oils or some herbs to pamper my skin. I usually bring my kindle to read or my iPad to watch Netflix:)

Kinda depends on what kind of stress I have, I guess. If it's stress for school stuff for example, I like to destress by putting on a face mask, litting a scented candle, lying in bed with my laptop and watching beauty and/or fashion videos on YouTube. If I'm more annoyed than stressed or I'm angry, I like to run the frustration away.
