I have blocked pores on my forehead.
I'm quite pink on my cheeks but it's different a shades of pink no use of the natural blush.
I'm starting to get pink dry patches and try to moisturise. I really don't wanna waste money if stuff that don't work so I tend not to risk it.. I also have a few scars from spots :( help

Well, for the blocked pores you could use pore strips. personally, they don't really work on my nose, but they pull a lot of stuff out of my chin & forehead. it's best to use them just after a shower when your pores have opened up.
for the dry patches, definitely moisturize. Clean & Clear makes a great moisturizer, as well as Clinique :p I havent really tried very many face moisturizers because I love my Clean & Clear stuff so much, lol.

Well, you must visit dermatologist. Because if it is serious you need profesional help. I can tell you what I use, but that is not enough because everyone has different skin and if something works for someone it doesn't mean that it will be good for someone else. So I use:
I moisturise my skin two times during the day.
I use Noreva's product ' Exfoliac '.
And I use Sanapharm's T2 creme( this creme probably doesn't exist in your country)

Do you have oily, dry, combination or sensitive skin? It sounds like dry or combination but I don't want to make any assumptions.
I will say, to find the product you like, it may help to ask for samples in stores. It took me about 5 years to find a good skin care range that didnt make me break out and if I had thought of asking for samples earlier, I probably would have saved a lot of money and stress about my face.
Also, the routine you follow will be based on the type of skin you have (normal, dry, oily, combo, sensitive) and you should purchase products specific to that skin type. For the blocked pores, I would recommend exfoliating or using a mask. There are many DIY options available for either of these but... You could also try steaming. Which is free haha all you need to do is put some hot water in a basin then hold your head about 20cm above the basin. Please be careful not to burn yourself babe. and then you'll want to put a towel over your head and the basin (to keep the steam in). I would suggest doing this for about 5 minutes and if you feel the need for some fresh air, feel free to go get some :)
Then, pink patches, you'll want to use a moisturiser specific to your skin type. Also, you can cover it up with BB or CC creams.
I feel like I've been going on and on so I'll try summarise the rest. Skin care routine might change slightly depending on skin type but in general, you need to cleanse. avoid using products with alcohol as this will dry your skin out. Exfoliate no more than 2 times a week as any more will irritate your skin. Don't wash your face more than twice a day because any more will cause your skin to over produce oils and it just becomes bad. You definitely need to moisturise. Try asking for samples to find what works best for you and use it after you wash your face.

Oh and I second the previous posters suggestion of going to see a dermatologist.
