Does anyone have any recomendations for a full coverage foundation that doesn't look cakey plus what finishing powder to go with it. maybe suggestions on how to apply the foundation with a brush or blending ball thingy or fingertips? thanks :)

Well covergirl 3 in 1 is full coverage and so is Revlon Colorstay but being cakey has to do with application. The ball thingy is a beauty blender they help make you have a flawless finish. And you can use your fingers, brush, and beauty blender it has to do with what you prefer.

Please try Estée Lauder Double wear foundation and setting powder. It's amazing.

I love Revlons Colorstay Whipped foundations. I actually use a translucent powder from NYC that smooths my skin. I apply both with ELF brushes and it comes out perfect and not cakey at all.

The beauty blender is ahh-Mazzing I love the flawless look it gives you have to make sure it's damp. Whitney I heard great reviews on the Estée Lauder double wear been meaning to try I just have so many foundation that maybe I should wait. Yvette what foundation do you wear? Cover girl 3in 1 is good, I love mAc too but again it's how you apply I use the blender or a stippling brush but also my fingers. The NYC translucent powder Tiffany mentioned is great I have that & their bronzer they are cheap but great products..

I am more into Lancôme teint 24h foundation or illamasqua skin base foundation because both of these foundation don't give you cakey look. They are light but give good coverage without making your skin feel heavy.

For setting powder, I use Illamaqua translucent powder because its just amazing!
