I would recommend using a primer under your foundation, that will really help it from melting off your face. Try Rimmel Fix and Perfect primer, it's cheap and keeps you matte for hours.

Try the Estée Lauder double wear. Al their products work beautifully together. They have a primer, foundation, setting powder,blush that's all amazing and it sets for double digit hours.

If you're on a budget I suggest a really good primer, and a lot of oily skin type girls LOVE the original Revlon Colorstay for oily/ Combo skin.
