Help!! need ideas on new hair color.

I always get bored with my hair. I either cut it or dye it. I'm trying to grow it out again so I want a new color. Right now its like a medium brown with little subtle blonde hi lites all over. I've been wanting to do it like a lush cherry red but not sure if it would go good with my length and skintone. I'm open to all suggestions. thank you have a good day :)
