Do you like pressed powdery highlights or a liquid highlight? I'm not sure if they call it a liquid highlight but you get the point lol. I personally prefer the pressed powder type so I'd go with Mac's soft and gentle. Although whisper of gilt is my fav, it's limited edition they still might have some from the glamour daze collection I dunno but you should check it out because if you like soft and gentle then you would love whisper of gilt

if you like a cream/liquid highlighter I actually prefer Urban Decay (cream) or Stila (liquid). they sell a mini set of the Stila at Sephora so you can try before shelling out money for the full size. my powder favorites are Mary Luminizer from The Balm or Makeup Forever. I guess it really depends on what medium you prefer

Nars has great ones and stila is good but it can give you a disco diva look.it all depends on what look your going for sometimes it can be to much for the look.
