I'm stuck I have dotting tools as nail stripers but I'm not good at nails so I don't want to try can someone tell me nail art and how I use it?

You can use dotting tools to make cute emoticons with striper mouths. :) feel free to use a color that matches the mood.

You could also use dotting tools to make simple and cute polka dot nails. That would be good for starters I think.
