I heard that if you rub a banana peel on your teeth twice a day you'll see the results in a few weeks I've never tried it though.

I feel like the colgate max white one stuff in the red packaging really works, does take some time but it really really helped my teeth get white (are)

I use arm&hammer tooth paste and I see results. The max whitening from colgate (red one) made my teeth more yellow I hate it.

Hydrogen peroxide dipped in a cotton ball and pass it on your teeth can help but watch out not to sallow or use cologate max white or crest 3d white strips.
