Eyeliner Trick To Make It Stay Put On Your Waterline.

Maybe some of you have done this before, but I'm relatively new to makeup and I know a lot of girls on here are, too, so bear with me.

My eyeliner stays put for maybe.05 seconds on my waterline, which I guess is understandable, but still frustrating.

today I decided to try something. Taking my liner brush, I layered the matte black color from my Naked Basics palette (Crave) over the gross patchiness of my regular pencil liner.

It's stayed on for 5 hours so far, and I'm pretty sure this is how cavemen (or women) felt when they invented fire.

Yes, put black eyeshadow on the liner

Ya I've heard that. It basically sets it, like using setting powder over foundation.
