What's the best to use on dry hair. My hairs frizzy and like An Afro with it's curles, but when straightened of curled it's in good condition however I don't want to ruin this by making it dry by using heat all the time.

Coconut oil is really good for dry hair. you just warm it up and add to your hair then wrap it in saran wrap and leave it on over night. do this once a week. also if you can let your hair air dry as much as possible to limit the amount of heat you have to use that will help. you definatey need to use a heat protecting spray too. once a week do a deep conditioning treatment and use either a clarifying shampoo to clean off the buildup on your hair or rinse with apple cider vinegar (they both clean the buildup). a hair serum is really good for hair that tends to go frizzy on you. john freida has a good one. you apply it to wet hair and it seals the cuticles up. Also a cold water rinse before your out of the shower helps with that too and avoid using hot water at all times.

Just try a moisturizing shampoo n conditioner I like the moisture line by paul mitchell and just make sure you use heat protecting products before you blow dry or straighten your hair - honestly the less you use heat on your hair the more healthy it will be - I also like the heat seal spray by paul mitchell n after straightening use a sealing serum to put back moisture - once again I like the skinny serum by paul mitchell - these products really made a difference for my hair - it was so damaged from blonde color before n after a few trims and using these products my hair is practically split end free n so healthy and I haven't cut it for about 6 months now!
