What is a GOOD quality MATTE eyeshadow palette??...I need good pigmentation payoff, high end and drug store are both welcome... FYI I already own the naked basics palette by Urban Decay.

Nyx shadows are good. I have individual colors not a whole palette.

Too-Faced Chocolate Bar Palette is amazing! All the shadows smell like actual chocolate! Out of the 16 shadows, 7 are matte. And they give you more of the lighter shades because everyone usually uses up those more than the others.

Too Faced has an all matte pallet. and The Balm has one too...I think its called "Meet Matte".
