Yes :) But it's not a direct effect, drinking a lot of water flushes the toxins out of your system and that can have s positive effect on your skin :) Also on your hair and nails!

Even keeping your digestive tract clean and eating prebiotic leaves the skin in better condition.

It helped me a lot when I was younger going through the spotty teenager phase, after a while I stopped getting spots/pimples :) I stopped drinking as much water and I'm getting a lot of breakouts again.

Water is great for overall health, like Sabrina said, it flushes out toxins. I noticed that when I drink 8-9 glasses of water a day my skin looks glowing and radiant. When I'm dehydrated, my face looks tired. There are some great articles you can read online :)

I get headaches if I'm really dehydrated and super chapped lips. I don't see a change in spots but I could see that potentially happening.

Yes! From my personal experience, drink water! I have eczema and it gets painful at times but water helps me. Our body's are made up of mostly water. Water helps in A LOT of biochemical processing in the cells to carry out what the body needs to do. A lot of the transferring in the body is done by osmosis as well - from what I understand from Chemistry lecture in college. And drinking water just makes you feel good!
