Iono about using oil on oily hair... but jojoba oil works great for moisturizing acne prone skin - for oily hair I would suggest that you leave your scalp alone in terms of moisturizing products because your scalp will continue to produce oil regardless of what you put on it - try washing with a clarifying shampoo - I like the awapuhi line by paul mitchell n only use conditioner on your ends - otherwise between washes try a dry shampoo that should help.

Best oil for oily hair and combined/acne skin is almond oil, it's light but provides the right amount of nutrition and moisture. I have oily hair and skin too. Just take 2 drops and apply on the skin, it will get absorbed, over a period of time it will lighten the scars, and it does not break me out at all. For oily hair apply the oil on the ends only and use a hair dryer to give yourself a hot oil treatment. It helps the oil get absorbed faster and after a few hours you can wash your hair, it will be soft and shiny. It helps a lot to prevent damage from heat and pollution.
