White eyeliner is usually just white eyeliner. You'll probably find kohl ones for a dollar near the check out at walgreens. Works just fine.

I would go for a nude over a white because it won't look as fake but still make you eyes pop and you look wide awake :)

Rose gold is also a good color I think L'oreal just came out with that color but for sure EM has it but its expensive.
