Honey and lemon/lime. the lemon works as a natural cleanser and brightener for the skin and also removing bacteria from the acid of the juice. :-)

Exfoliation should definitely help. I recommend using Honey and a very fine sugar, you don't want to cause micro tears. Don't use lemon/lime. Not only will oils give you the same outcome as lemon/lime
You're also not damaging your skin and its acid mantle.

Getting rid of dairy.
Like replacing dairy milk with soymilk, soymilk also has more calcium than dairy milk.

Green Tea Bags.! After you make your tea, rip open your tea bag and put that in a bowl and just add some natural honey and use that as a mask/exfoliater works wonders 💕

Lemon doesn't damage your acid mantle I am studing beauty therapy (Itec diploma) and it is perfectly fine to use, it's also incorporated in many proffessional and retail grade products, dermalogica use it in there toners as an extract for one, as do neutrogena, and clean & clear.
