I have pale skin with a cool/neutral undertone, green eyes, and caramely blond hair. Any suggestions for good red lipsticks? I have found that a lot of true reds look weird on me.

True reds are usually neutral, so they theoretically look good on everyone, so maybe you've been trying the wrong "true red." However, against pale skin, darker, deeper reds tend to look really great. That said, do you have a price range at all?

Well there a so many reds out there. Are you looking to not spend more than a certain amount? Or are you okay with a bit of a splurge? Or in between? Haha :)
My favorites are
MAC Russian Red - amazing for all skin colors, tones, and it makes your teeth look really white! Lol.
Nyx has a matte lip cream in Amsterdam and it's long wearing, creamy, super pigmented and smells like cupcakes.
Nars Velvet matte lip pencil in Dragon Girl is a new favorite of mine! Love the consistency and longevity.
If you want something glossy try the YSL glossy stains in #10 or #11. The color stays on through everything, but it's not the only thing that stays, the gloss remains glossy too. Highly recommend.
I'm sure reds don't look weird on you sweetie, it's a great color for everyone! There are in fact colors that suit people more than other colors, but I'm sure you look great in any!

Ruby valentine by milani and kate moss for rimmel in either 09 or 60. Lol I can't tell if it's a 6 or 9 :/ but it's gorgeous.

But if you're new to reds, practice with some cheaper ones, there are some great drugstore brands (already mentioned) like Milani and Rimmel. NYX makes some excellent reds as well!! Get thee to an Ulta or Sephora where you can try some out and bring an honest friend along! ;)

MAC has a few red options and the Rimmel Kate line has some really pretty reds. Kiss of Life is so pretty.
