How do I make my makeup last longer without using a primer of a fixing spray? Is there a way?

Eyeliner you can go over it with an eyeshadow in the exact shade. foundation make sure you powder it. if you don't want to get a setting spray because it's too expensive you can mix 1/4 glycerin (You can buy it at any drugstore or superstore) and 3/4 distilled water in a bottle. there are a lot of recipes online.
