Angled brush is better, practice makes perfect, and lean on your elbow for support

Use an angled brush! so much easier to do a winged line!.. start by doing small strokes along the lash line until you've done a classic line, then follow the l?nea of your lower waterline and at the same angle just "stamp" your angle brush... connect the l?nea and you'll get a triangle,film it un and that's about it.
