Dead skin cells?

I sometimes get white flaky patches on my face I know it's dead cells but how do I get rid of them? Please HELP I try to exfoliate but it doesn't work on me.

Exfoliate then put a cream on after. I think moisturizing is the key to it, try cerave moisturizing cream

Anytime! Put on cream in the morning and at night and right before you put on makeup too. You'll see a big difference.
