What is the lightest I should go.

I'm thinking of color my hair lighter. Right now I have dark brown hair. It's hard trying to figure out the lightest I can go because my skin tone is medium. I would say a tan/olive color. What do you suggest for me? Thanks! Here's a picture of my complexion.

Make sure the colors go with your skin undertone. If you're warm stick with warm hair colors like golds. Some colors can wash you out. :)
